Frugivore Recipe: Aurora-Colored Mineral Coconut Smoothie

This raw smoothie is potent enough to replace an entire meal: It contains a lot of all macro nutrients, including protein. it’s also full of minerals and vitamins – and you will certainly feel full and satisfied. That’s how nature’s food work!

  • Raw coconut milk (self made is best)
  • 3 frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of moringa powder, to reach the intake of leafy greens that frugivores get in nature.
  • 3 tablespoons of almonds and sliced bananas for the topping
  • Add extra topping to your taste

How can this be so tasty?! The creative name for this smoothie is: Be good for goodness sake!
