It actually covers your daily need for vitamin K, folate, B2, and vitamin C (although, we might benefit from a vitamin C intake that is way higher than the RDA).

- One ripe mango cut into pieces
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 2 cups young spinach leaves
- 2 cups lettuce
- Microgreens or sprouts
Mix the green ingredient in a bowl and add on top the mango, avocado, and microgreens.
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 Tablespoons of maple syrup or raw honey
- A pinch of sea salt
Blend the ingredient as much as possible (in a blender the texture will be better, but by hand is just fine) and add to the salad.
